What’s the difference between framed prints and stretched canvas?

β€’ Framed Prints come with a wooden frame, a UV-protective acrylic sheet, and a matboard for a polished and professional look.
β€’ Stretched Canvas is printed on high-quality canvas, wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame, and ready to hang without additional framing.

Are your prints signed or numbered?

Most of our pieces are open editions, but some select artworks are available as limited editions with a signature and numbered print run. If you’re interested in a signed or exclusive edition, contact us to see what’s available.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the U.S., but we are working on international shipping options. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, contact us, and we’ll explore the best shipping solution for you.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS Β to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Β tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package and estimate its arrival.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

What if I ordered the wrong size?

All sales are final since each piece is custom-made to order. However, we are working on launching our Buyback Program, which will allow you to swap out artwork for credit toward a future purchase. Stay tuned for details by subscribing to our newsletter.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office first. If it is officially lost, contact us immediately, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

What is your refund policy?

Because each piece is custom-printed, mounted, and framed, we do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and artwork, and we’ll send a replacement.
